Had a pleasant experience the customer service was great and they even gave me a foot analysis after using the foot scan machine which was helpful. He helped me find an insert and shoe that I found comfortable.

Great customer service and they are very attentive and make every effort to get you the right sneaker for your foot. They allow you to try the sneakers out for 30 days and return or replace them. You can’t beat that! They sell high quality footwear and not ones that are a just a famous brand.

I went into the store knowing what I was looking for. The staff and store owner were both very helpful and friendly the entire experience took lees than 30 mins we had great short conversations about the store, the brands they sell and the area. Im not local to the area and they are one of the closest stores that sell vibram five finger shoes. Highly recommend checking them out if your looking for a great experience and quality products without markups you see at other places.

Wow!!! Some of the best shoes I’ve ever purchased came from Newsole! The team patiently guided me through what would be the healthiest choice for a flat footed guy just trying to get into running. Grateful for such a wonderful place in our town!

I have suffered from chronic foot pain for 30 years and I always have greaat difficulty finding any shoe that feels comfortable. I was recommended by my brother in law to give them a try. Let me say that without a doubt, these are the most comfortable shoes that I have ever worn. They are absoluely amazing! The staff was friendly, understanding and very helpful and I plan to come back for another pair.

I miss places like this where you as the customer feels welcomed and that your wants and needs are met. I walked in skeptical unknowing if I would find the right shoes. Let me say that the customer service was amazing without pressure, I am a tough customer and a bit of a pain when it comes to what I want. I was so happy that I wore the shoes out of the store. The knowledgeable staff was a wonderful experience and a comfort to help in the situation at hand.

Excellent service!! Dave is very knowledgeable and suggested shoes that give support like I’ve never had before. Good prices, too = exceptional value! I couldn’t decide between 2 pairs and since I’ve always been a “shoes off in the house” person, I bought both pairs so one can be my indoor pair for great support at home. 10 out of 10 would highly recommend! Will be back!
